Who should install my stove?

Timberglow wants you to enjoy the maximum performance from your new stove. To ensure this, it is essential that the stove is installed by a suitably qualified installer – e.g., HETAS.

What warranty do I get?

Timberglow will replace free of charge any part that fails under normal operating conditions within 12 months of purchase. Items such as glass, firebox lining boards, stove rope, and adhesives are not guaranteed. We do not accept consequential or incidental liability for any product failure.

Our stoves are manufactured using thick folded steel plate and a high-quality cast iron door. This provides a product that is both durable and structurally resilient.

Eco-by-Design, Defra-approved

The TG480 and the TG480h are UKCA marked and tested to EN13240. They are also Eco-by-Design, as well as DEFRA registered meaning that they are exempt in smoke-controlled areas when burning dry wood.
